Facts about NAPO Minnesota

  • The non-profit Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of Professional
    Organizers (also known as "NAPO Minnesota") has been in existence since
    April 1994 and has more than 70 members.

  • NAPO Minnesota represents Minnesota, Iowa, North and South Dakota and Northwestern Wisconsin.

  • NAPO Minnesota professional organizers work with you in your home or your business to clear out clutter, streamline your systems and simplify your life.

  • NAPO Minnesota members also provide support and information to those who are exploring or enjoying professional organizing as a career.

  • Organizing specialties include papers, closets, kitchens, home offices, business offices, time management and many others.

  • Many NAPO-MN members work not only as organizing consultants; they also serve as speakers, trainers, authors and inventors/manufacturers of organizing products.

  • Professional organizers bring more to their jobs than just organizing skills and talents; many have a wealth of experience in complementary fields, such as psychology, social work, teaching, household management and interior design.

  • NAPO Minnesota members agree to abide by a code of ethics that includes providing confidentiality to all clients.

  • The Minnesota Chapter of NAPO is part of the national non-profit organization, NAPO, (www.NAPO.net). NAPO has been active since 1985 and currently has close to 4,000 members throughout the U.S. and in 8 other countries.

  • The national organization and all of its chapters take pride in being recognized as The Organizing Authority. 

  • As declared by NAPO, January is National “Get Organized Month(sm)" since "getting organized” is consistently one of the top five New Year’s resolutions.
