NAPO Minnesota welcomes all professional organizers and productivity consultants to join us who work in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and northwest Wisconsin. Together, we make our industry stronger, we become more knowledgeable, and we are better able to serve our clients.
Join as a Business Partner Member
We also welcome businesses who deal with related products and services to join as Business Partners. We offer networking opportunities, including at monthly chapter events. To join as a Business Partner member go to Business Partner Membership.
Join as a Professional Organizer or Productivity Consultant
A Professional Organizer supports evaluation, decision-making, and action around objects, space, and data; helping clients achieve desired outcomes regarding function, order, and clarity. Areas of expertise vary among Professional Organizers, and may include:
- Home Offices and Paper Management
- ADHD/Chronic Disorganization Support
- Professional Offices (medical, legal, etc.)
A Productivity Consultant supports evaluation, decision-making, and action around time, energy, and resources; helping clients achieve desired outcomes regarding goals, effectiveness, and priorities. Areas of expertise vary among Productivity Consultants, and may include:
- Business Management & Efficiency
- Electronic Documents & Filing
- Time Management Tactics
To Join NAPO Minnesota
Step 1 - NAPO Minnesota membership gives your business more credibility, and provides a number of professional benefits. Membership gives you opportunities to improve your skills, connect with resources, learn from your peers, and market your business. Review the benefits of membership.
Step 2 - It is a requirement that organizers first join NAPO, the national organization. Professional organizers or productivity consultants join NAPO national as "Provisional Members". After joining NAPO national, use your NAPO ID number to join the NAPO Minnesota chapter. Join NAPO national.
Step 3 - Create a User Account on the Join page.
Step 4 - You will be contacted by our Membership Director who will ask for some information, collect chapter dues, and activate your account.
Cost of joining the chapter:
- Chapter dues - $110 for the 12-month period from July 1 - June 30 of the following year. If you join and there is less than 6 months left in the current dues cycle, the rate is $55.
- One-time registration fee of $25.
- Enhanced listing option - $50 per year. This gives you more space and features for your online profile.
Step 5 - It is your responsibility to fill in your online account and to keep it up-to-date. This online account includes a public profile that is your advertisement on the website. This public profile is the information the "Find a Professional Organizer" search will use when a site visitor is looking for an organizer to hire.
Step 6 - Check the Events page often and plan to attend as many meetings as you can in order to jump-start your membership. We look forward to meeting and working with you.
